1 - PRICES
Prices include VAT 21 %. If the order is for the Canary Islands or a country outside the EU, please note that local taxes or customs duties may apply in the country of destination. Our logistics partner can provide you with the information relative to each case. It is possible that some prices are not correctly updated or mistaken. If that is the case, we will contact you before sending your order.
2 - PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay your order with a credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or cash on delivery.
2.1- VISA OR MASTERCARD.
Payment by card is made through the secure "SSL" gateway of PayPal, or through our virtual POS, where the bank details are entered directly into the encrypted server of the bank. This guarantees the confidentiality of the transaction of your details. Marbelwear only receives confirmation of payment from the bank, never your card details. Please note that the card may not activate the secure payment system if the transaction is not authorised. In such case, please contact your bank to activate it, (it is usually a simple process).
2.2. - PAYPAL.
It is a totally safe transaction. The details you enter are never displayed or stored by Marbelwear, since the entire process is performed on the Paypal servers.
3.1- DELIVERY TIME.
Delivery time is 48-72 business hours.
3.2- SHIPPING COST.
Free shipping in mainland Spain for orders over € 50. For other orders, please check shipping rate.
Availability is shown in each product.
Bag kraft or cardboard box.
3.5- SHIPMENT CLAIMINGS.
All our shipments are protected by insurance. In case of any loss, we will either refund the amount or reissue a new product. Please check if the packaging is in perfect condition and the number of packages is correct when you receive the order. Any anomaly must be reported on the delivery receiptsigned and given to the carrier. Make sure you state on the delivery note any sign of ill-treatment of goods, or deterioration of packaging, even if the material seems to be in good condition. We will be able make an insurance claim if necessary. Please note that any claim for incidents and/or breakages must be made to the transport company within a maximum period of 24 hours from the receipt of the goods. After 24 hours, neither the transport company nor Marbelwear can be held responsible for transport incidents, so the buyer will bear any expenses or losses that may be caused.
4.1- IN THE EVENT OF OUR MISTAKE.
If you have received a different product than the one that appears on the purchase invoice, contact us with the details of the order and we will send our logistics partner to pick up the product. Once we check it is in perfect condition, with the box and original packaging and never used, we will send the requested product to you as soon as possible. If it is not possible, we will issue you a refund. In this case, Marbelwear will bear all transport and management costs.
4.2- IN THE EVENT YOU DO NOT LIKE THE PRODUCT.
You have 7 days from the day you receive the product to return it, not having to give any explanation. Unfortunately, we have to deduct shipping and handling costs. Always contact us in advance to authorise the shipment, we will send you a voucher to exchange it for other products once we check that the product is in perfect condition with its manuals, box and original packaging. Our policy in this case is not to issue refunds
4.3- PROMOTION PERIODS.
In promotion periods the return option is not available. In case of return and/or exchange, the customer will bear the shipping and handling costs.
Before any incident in warranty occurs, contact us indicating the details of your order. All marbelwear.com products are guaranteed from the date of purchase of the invoice against any material or manufacturing defect for the time stipulated in the guarantee, responding both manufacturers and importers as established by Law 22/94. Marbelwear will not accept any responsibility if the manufacturer of the product does not consider the warranty on the product claimed to be applicable.
Marbelwear protects your privacy. When you place an order, we need your name, shipping address, email, etc. This allows us to process the order and inform you of its status. We will only use the details you have provided for the processing of the order and we will never send you any type of advertising if it is not expressly accepted. We will never provide this information to third parties. In compliance with the provisions of the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Details, the customer may at any time exercise his or her rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition.
7.- CLAIMS AND LIABILITIES.
Marbelwear is not responsible for the consequences of damages to users or third parties that may result from the improper use of its products, and the information related to this website. The sale conditions must be interpreted and are governed by the current Spanish legislation. Any dispute arising from the application of these conditions must be settled before the courts of Andalusia.
