All orders placed and validated within 16 hours (working days) will be delivered to the address you indicate within the next 24 hours.
Please, provide us with your telephone number, so that we can inform you directly about the status and location of your order. If you are not at the indicated address, you can provide us with an alternative one, or the transport company will try to deliver it again at the next delivery time.
If you have any questions about the status of your shipment, you can contact us and we will provide you with the status of your order and the necessary information in order to contact the carrier to arrange the delivery.
Orders placed after 17 hours will be dispatched the following working day.
All our shipments are protected by insurance. In case of any loss, we will either refund the amount or reissue a new product.
Please ensure that the packaging is in perfect condition and the number of packages is correct when you receive the order. Any anomaly, must be reported on the shipping receipt signed and given to the carrier. Make sure you state on the delivery note any sign of ill-treatment of goods, or deterioration of packaging, even if the material seems to be in good condition. We will be able make an insurance claim if necessary.
Please note that any claim for incidents and/or breakages must be made to the transport company within a maximum period of 24 hours from the receipt of the goods. After 24 hours, neither the transport company nor Marbelwear can be held responsible for transport incidents, so the buyer will bear any expenses or losses that may be caused.
